What is the most relaxing way to relieve the pain?
I was in a car accident yesterday. I have a concussion again (I had another earlier this year) and random parties all over my body hurt him inside and out. I think this is helping ThermaCare heat wrap on my neck, but I can not put them all over my body. lol I do not like very much to take medication unless I totally have that. What do you do to relieve muscle pain? Remember, my whole body hurts. BTW, I already went to the doctor.
i usually use some kind of over-the-counter pain reliever like ibuprofen for muscle pain regular and pain. If it's intolerable, you need something to help you sleep, cause once you're sleeping, you can not feel significant discomfort. Another thing you can do is to bathe in a warm to hot tub full of water. That also relieves muscle aches. Good Luck, feel better soon.
