
Here are some great exercises for the hips, weight loss and stylize them fairly quickly. The results should appear within 2 weeks ... maybe a little less. Please do not think that these exercises and you'll instantly have slim hips and curves within 3 days. Not going to happen. But if you give me a few minutes time each day, These exercises will help you lose your hips.
1. Use hula hoop
Using a ring hula to help you lose fat in the hips ... there is probably no better direct hips exercise which gives the results as the hula. Now, you need to ensure two things. First, hula hoop a regular "boy" just does not work for you. The reason is simple. They are also light. Will fall to the ground almost immediately because it turns too fast. You do not have control of the hip to keep it in rotation.
What we need is a weighted hula hoop to make this work. Now, yes, it cost more money ($ 15-20), but is a great investment in yourself and your hips.
