You have many options available to help you change the way you look and feel, and purchase of equipment for the home is a great solution for those who have enough discipline to use it regularly. However, most home exercise equipment is never used because they have bought the wrong equipment that not only help them achieve their fitness goals. Slick marketing campaigns and infomercials that the use of misleading claims have been fooled people to think they can put very little effort to obtain quick results they want.
If you're like most people, want to improve the way of seeing and feeling. but you're confused by all the options available and tired of false promises. Not having enough time is the number one reason people say do not exercise. The simple convenience of squeezing in a quick workout at home have the excuse of time out of the equation.
We must remember that when you made the decision to buy exercise equipment for home, the key is to make the purchase from the beginning. If you buy something that does not work even once, you will less likely to try again, and ruin a great opportunity to improve their health. Here are some of the above Do's and don'ts on your way to better health and fitness.
Do:
-Include strength training in your fitness routine. Strength training helps build muscle tissue, which is the fat from your body as a machine in flames, and lets you burn more calories at rest.
-Include cardiovascular exercise in your fitness routine. Walking is a good start, but losing one pound of fat equals 3,500 calories burned, and walking produce limited results compared to other more intensive forms of cardiovascular exercise. For example, walking at a slow rate of less than 2.0 km / h for an hour will burn approximately 175 calories for a person weighing 155 pounds. If you want to burn more than 2 times the calories in half the time, you need higher intensity exercise, such as using an elliptical trainer about 70% of your maximum heart rate, or running.
"The most effective, non-impact piece of equipment available is a good elliptical trainer.
-Choose short workouts - will have a greater chance to continue with their routine. Start with 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise four times a week and 10 minutes of strength training, focusing on only two muscle groups with each workout, for a total of 30 minutes. The long-term results that fitness happen only if physical activity is included in the form of regular exercise as part of their routines and habits. There are 168 hours in a week. To give just two of these hours a week for exercise to improve your health with this simple system.
No:
"Hasty decisions with purchases.
"To be tricked into buying a piece of abdominal equipment as the solution to achieving your fitness goals. The Ab Lounger, Ab Roller, Ab Rocker, Ab Doer, the seed, red and Exerciser and other equipment abdominal claim you can lose inches and get washboard abs by using their products. This is one of the biggest disappointments in the fitness industry. This does not work that way. There is nothing on the market to magically disappear or reduce fat inches of his abdomen. The human body has no mechanism to burn fat selectively in specific areas. You can do abdominal exercises until the cows come home, but never lose inches around the midsection or see "washboard abs" until the fat around your waist is gone. Spot reduction is a lie, and any product that claims or implies otherwise is a scam and a big, rip-off fat.
"Waste your money on electrical muscle stimulators (EMS). During years, manufacturers of belts AB stimulating muscles using small electric currents distorted statements made, including weight loss, spot reduction, shaping and contouring, and cellulite removal. The claims by these manufacturers were so outrageous that the FDA filed litigation to protect consumers and curb the use of misleading claims. Surprisingly (and embarrassing), the FDA approved then the Slendertone (EMS), but the manufacturer still using misleading before and after images so that people think they can lose weight and inches drop by using your product.
"They take by false promises made by the sauna belt manufacturers that claim or imply that help you lose inches around your waist. You do not lose much of anything in the purchase of this device, other than your hard earned money and temporary water weight. Sauna belts are a total and complete lie and will not help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
