Summer is here and that means there's no time for your derrière be strong now. The following tips and tricks that keep you slim, trim and rotate heads the next time you express everything in the pool or beach.
- Eat healthy. You've heard it once and you hear a million times. Cut the garbage and start eating more fruits and vegetables. To reserve a seat, you must burn more calories than you consume - it's not rocket science - either working more or eat less.
- Early to bed and early to rise. The average adult needs about 7-8 hours of sleep each night in order to operate at full capacity. Note, these numbers can fluctuate individually. Getting enough sleep not only give you more energy during the day but can not maintain healthier than those whose sleep patterns are irregular. Also, do not forget sunscreen and lip balm to keep your lips protected from the rays sun's damaging.
- Sunglasses and beach hats are a necessity. Summer accessories are not only fashionable, but I will keep the look more young for longer. Sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun's harmful UV rays and a beach hat will protect your face and keep your skin against aging more faster than they wanted.
