How long can I keep a bottle of wine (with a screw cap, no cork) in the refrigerator once you've opened?
I have a bottle of wine which opened on Tuesday. It has been in the fridge since then sealed with its original screw cap. How long will before having to throw it away? I only had a glass!
A little over a week - however - keep the cork tightly and will last longer - they give a taste test before serving to see if they still okay ...
