How do I fix my HoMedics Sound Spa?
It is a small noise the machine makes you sleep. It changes the volume of my self same. Abruptly goes from soft to loud and then back again to gently about every 5 minutes and annoying the heck out of me. I have to have to reconcile sleep and not know how to fix ... good men to hand out there can walk me through having to fix it? I will not buy another, I just want this fixed. Angel, unfortunately, I do not know how to fix this problem myself. However, I have some suggestions you can try: 1. Homedics contact. 1-800-HOMEDICS You can call and tell them about your problem. Another way of contacting them is go to their website (www.homedics.com) and click on "Consumer Relations" link. It will take you to a page where you can send an email describing your problem and you A reply to you. I'm not sure how old or new sound is, but I think he has one year warranty. Maybe if you beg and plead enough, pity on you and send you a replacement if you can not solve the problem you have with your current. 2. Another "suggestion" is to buy a new one and return to the creek to the store. Yes, this is not an "ethical" solution and I'm not necessarily advocating it. Simply put there merely for your consideration ... Hopefully someone respond with a way to really solve the sound spa and can ignore my suggestions.
