Quitting smoking?
I need help on how to do to help my bf to stop smoking. Who really wants and really want to do. Just do not know how do to get it to stop. Nearly all his friends and family smoke so it's really hard to stop. If anyone has any advice it would be great. Thank you.
I suggest checking out Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) in EmoFree.com. Gary Craig offers a free primer. Or check out Carol Look that sells a book called "Quit Smoking Now with Energy Therapy" in CarolLook.com. These techniques require time and effort on your part and part of their learning BF and persistent application of techniques. The success rate is quite high, but not 100%.
